Relationship breakdown (credit only, no refund)
Invalid reasons: (Lower rate refund or credit - 0% if within 72 hours)
Changed your mind about travelling
Poor time management or double-booking
Passport or document issues
Children not behaving or refusing to go
Employer withdrawing holiday approval
