We reserve the right to cancel your booking and prevent you from booking with us again if you demonstrate bad conduct, as outlined below.
We fully support our drivers’ right to refuse travel at any point if a passenger's behaviour breaches our standards. Any costs resulting from such incidents will be pursued, and payments made will not be refunded if you fail to comply with the standards of decency set out here.
If necessary, your journey may be terminated immediately at the driver’s discretion. Where appropriate, the relevant authorities will be informed, and any available audio or video evidence will be submitted.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of what we class as bad conduct:
Failing to attend your booked journey (“no-show”).
Appearing clearly intoxicated or smelling of alcohol or drugs.
Abusive conduct of any kind, including violence, threats, or intimidation.
Disregard for our policies relating to food and drink, or babies and children.
Attempting to consume alcohol, use drugs, or smoke/vape in the customer area of the vehicle.
Having alcohol visible or accessible in the customer area during the journey.
Carrying, or attempting to carry, illegal drugs or drug-related items on board. Any indication (including visible items or smell) will result in the journey being cancelled immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
Damaging or attempting to damage our vehicle or any onboard equipment.
Excessive swearing or the use of offensive or inappropriate language.
Any form of discrimination, regardless of the target.
Engaging in dangerous acts, such as:
Moving around while the vehicle is in motion
Refusing to wear a seatbelt
Attempting to open a door while the vehicle is moving
Nudity or any other act of public indecency.
Creating excessive noise that causes a distraction to the driver or discomfort to other passengers, including loud music, games, or repetitive tapping.
We sincerely hope never to enforce these measures, but it’s essential that all customers uphold a reasonable standard of behaviour and mutual respect throughout the journey.
