While we aim to keep the experience as open and relaxed as possible for you to enjoy your refreshments on your travel with us, certain safety and legal considerations require us to restrict the following:
Nuts - Due to the severe risk some passengers may face from nut exposure, we kindly request that no nuts be consumed, and no packets containing nuts be open inside our vehicles. Even small remnants left behind can pose a serious threat to those with allergies.
Milk - As the only fluid allergen, milk poses a particular risk when spilled. To reduce danger:
Milk containers must remain sealed in the luggage compartment (boot) while the vehicle is moving.
If drinking while stationary, use only closed (spill-proof) containers.
For baby feeding, please refer to our young traveller policy.
Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned after each passenger, however, we choose to operate on the safe side and restrict these two items as an added safeguard for our vulnerable customers. We apologise if these restrictions cause any inconvenience, but we believe these measures are necessary to ensure the safety of all passengers. Thank you for your understanding.
In addition to the above, the following is also restricted due to licencing and/or legal restrictions:
Alcohol - Must not be consumed or visible in the customer area of any vehicle at any time. Passengers may carry sealed alcohol in their luggage, provided it remains stored and undisturbed throughout the journey.
Any attempt to: open, consume, or handle, any of the above in contravention of the rules stated here during travel, will be treated as a breach of conduct.
