Extras Cancellations by You:
Any extras that have not cost us anything yet, such as shopping not yet purchased or in-ride upgrades, will be refunded at 90%, covering administration costs.
Any extras that we have paid out for already are non-refundable. Any items purchased and then cancelled, can be delivered to you at a convenient time after notice of cancellation, at a cost equivalent to a local private hire taxi fare from Peterborough city centre, to your home address. Delivery of such should be paid in advance over the phone by card or bank transfer.
We will keep your items for up to 48 hours after the planned journey time, unless instructed otherwise. If the value of your shopping is too low to warrant this, or you do not wish in general, we will dispose of whatever was purchased. There is no option to collect it yourself from us as standard, due to restrictions at our current location, however we will accommodate where possible.
Extras That We Can Not Provide After Purchase:
If your booking is not able to be fulfilled by us directly for whatever reason, please note that any extras purchased will not be provided - as it will then be fulfilled by a local operator in this case and our extras are unique to our service. An exception to this would be shopping that has been purchased. We will be able to send that along with the replacement vehicle.
Any extras that are pre-paid will be paid onto the private hire operator as part of the fare, leaving you less to pay on the day, unless that leaves a positive balance, in which case it is up to the customer as to if that should be applied to the next trip's deposit, or refunded to you.
Any extras that are complementary have no refund value.
We hope to not have to pass your booking off, but our first priority is making sure you receive the travel you have booked. We will be in touch ASAP if any of this ever needs to happen.
