The Booking Process, What To Expect:
Below is the name of each stage, (Its number), followed by the process to reach the next stage. Timeframes for specific parts can be found here.
No Booking Currently (Stage 0) - You get in touch with us by providing all the necessary information on the Book Your Journey page.
Booking Requested (Stage 1) - We respond with a competitive price for your journey, including any extras you have selected, within the specified timeframe.
Booking Offered (Stage 2) - You respond within the required timeframe, which varies based on how far ahead you have booked, confirming that you are happy with the price and agree to our policies. This locks in the booking at the offered price.
Booking Confirmed (Stage 3) - If requested or required, we will arrange by email to schedule a vehicle viewing to ensure it meets your transport needs.
Vehicle Confirmed (Stage 4) - Once you confirm the vehicle, we proceed to take a deposit payment to finalize the booking. This secures your travel with us. [1]
Booking Complete (Stage 5) - Once the deposit is paid, we take on the responsibility of your travel. If you're booking a return trip, it is recommended to pay the full fare upfront, as full payment is required before the vehicle leaves the local area to collect you.
Final Confirmation (Stage 6) - 24-72 hours before your travel time, we will email you to confirm the key details of your trip. [2]
This will include confirming any outstanding balances, which will be requested to be paid at that time. Only local pick-ups can be paid for in cash upon boarding. All other trips must be paid in advance. [3]
