The only third party we share your data with is our chosen private hire firm — they receive your name, pickup time and location, destination, and contact number in order to fulfil your travel booking. This information remains on their system, as required for record-keeping and operational purposes. No one else receives your information from us unless required by law.

We store the following customer information: name, billing address, email address, contact phone numbers, previous and upcoming trip details (including pickup/drop-off locations and times), fare, special requests, and any additional items purchased. This is used solely to manage bookings, track loyalty scheme eligibility, and contact you about your travel.

We will never sell your data or spam you. Any updates outside your booking information are limited to occasional emails for loyalty customers (no more than once every 3 months). You can opt out at any time — just tell us during a booking or reply to the email. (We plan to implement an auto-unsubscribe option in the future.)

You may request your personal data be deleted at any time by emailing us. The following data will be removed: name, billing address, email address, phone numbers, and specific addresses. What we must retain for tax and operational records includes general area addresses, times, fare, and service details. We’ll anonymise this wherever possible.

Please note: deleting your data removes any loyalty progress or bonus eligibility. Booking again in future will add you back into our system.

We also maintain a list of individuals banned from using our services. This list is kept for safety and operational reasons and cannot be removed.

You have the right to request access to your data, correct errors, request erasure, or raise a concern with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office). For more on your rights, click here.
