Below is a non-exhaustive list of items we are unable to provide, and other restrictions, either due to legal, licencing, or religious constraints. There are some exceptions to some of the general rules, identified where appropriate.

Longer Exceptions/Allowances:

[1] Unless you are a regular and reliable customer.

[2] A single, odour neutralising, odour free body spray is acceptable. must not be used in the vehicle and any children must not have access.

[3] The only exception to this is storage, which is limited to USB drives ("pen drives") or SD cards, and only for regular and reliable customers.

[4] If the shop exceeds this and the booking team doesn't notice, the shopper will prioritise: drink, food, clothes, then anything else up to the limit.

[5] As parents ourselves, we allow basic child relief products (such as Calpol/Calprofen, and simple remedies for hay fever, sore throats, and similar), provided they are standard over-the-counter items for children.

[6] Exception is milk or other fresh and cold products requested for purchase on the day. They will be stored in a cool bag, but we can not accept responsibility for any items that do not survive transport - please consider the weather and journey length before asking us to buy. It may be better to request a stop nearer to your destination.

[7] Any nut containing product, any products that have a risk of opening during transport, or any products that can not be purchased securely packaged [click here for the FSA allergen list]. If you are not the first customer to be transported with it in the vehicle that day, any products containing these allergens that we have deemed safe for transport will be securely wrapped in black-bin bags to ensure there is no chance of escape. It is our discretion if we refuse an item due to allergens, and you will be informed if that happens.
